audrey kawasaki's ffffound page

Audrey Kawasaki has been a favorite of mine forever and a day.
so when the other day, i stumbled across her ffffound page.
which is totally rad, because you can see where she gets
alot of her inspiration for her paintings.

She went to Pratt for 2 years, and then left without a degree, because the new york art scene was conceptual bullshit. (i added the bullshit. i don't really know how she phrased it...)
and moved to los angeles. her style is usually described as a fusion between Art Nouveau and manga.

gap + pantone

so pantone and gap have joined forces temporarily and have introduced a little pop up store on 5th ave across from gap's flagship store.
they're going to be selling gap shirts in pantone colors and assorted other pantone things.

this, however, is what I want.
pantone flight stools made from birch veneer.
$549.
